DARE TO DREAM!

Week two of the #TPTSellerChallenge: Dare to Dream.

I have always wanted to join TPT based on other people's success stories.  However, I was not confident enough to make the jump until this summer. There are many benefits and BIG dreams I have from becoming successful on Teachers Pay Teachers.

PAY OFF STUDENT LOANS!!  The amount of loans I have constantly saddens me.  Payments each month take a big amount of my paycheck.  It would extremely benefit how much I could save for my life and my future if I did not have these financial obligations.

LEARN AND COLLABORATE!!  I would love to be a part of the successful teachers on TPT one day to collaborate and learn from one another.  So many people on the website amaze me with their creativity and success.

BECOME COMFORTABLE!!  I can't envision myself stopping working, I get restless even over the summer months, but I would love to help my future family to be completely comfortable and limit the stresses I have for my future children.

GIVE MORE!!  I would love to give more gifts to the people I love with the extra money I would save.

TRAVEL!! One of my huge dreams is to see the entire world, and if I could pay off my loans and be financially stable, I would be able to make that dream come true!

#TPTSellerChallenge - Makeover Madness

Something that has inspired me to create a blog for my Lovin' Little Learners store on Teachers Pay Teachers was the #TPTSellerChallenge (I know, I should have had a blog already).  Although, I have only had my store open for about a month or two, I have already learned so much about creating products with an eye appealing and "TPT friendly" look.  For the challenge, I updated a strategy I use daily with my Kindergarten students: my "Letters, Sounds and Digraphs Ticket Out the Door" product.  Each week I hang whichever focus letter or digraph we are working on right on the outside of my door.  Every time we leave the room, every student whispers the letter and sound, or the letters that make up a digraph ("s h says sh!").  It is a great way to review and build repetition for these young learners!

I had recently updated each letter page with improved clip art and fonts, but today I updated the cover page!!

It went from this:

To the updated version of this!:

Thank you #TPTSellerChallenge for the motivation!!

Welcome to Lovin' Little Learners!

Hello everyone!  My name is Sara Midwood.  I'm a 25 year old Kindergarten teacher living in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.  A few of my favorite things are traveling,  my family friends and boyfriend, my cat named Marvin and of course teaching!

I am new to the sharing products with the Teachers Pay Teachers world, but so excited to get my store up and running.  I already have a few materials posted and I am working diligently to update my already used lessons and creating new ideas to upload to my store!  Feel free to check out my store at https://teacherspayteachers.com/Store/Lovin-Little-Learners.  Enjoy!!
